FAQ's

1) How can I learn more about or start the return/claims process?  

For just $1.98, you can request a prepaid return shipping label for an exchange or store credit.  Shipping package protection costs an extra 1% of your order amount.  Please note this step must be done when you place your order.  When placing the first item to your cart, you will have the option to add this option to your total order, which gives you credit towards one free return or exchange and one claim for damaged items or a lost package.  

2) What if I opt out of the prepaid return shipping option or want a full refund?

If you deselect this option on the product page or remove it from your cart, you can still process your return through our portal at a later time.  Also if you change your mind and prefer to get a full refund, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.  You will be prompted towards creating your own return shipping label, and the final cost will depend on item(s), weight and location. 

3) What are your rules and conditions for a return?

Purchases may be returned within 7 days your order is delivered.  Returned merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with tags and garment labels attached, and in the same condition it arrived.  Returns of swimwear are only valid if the hygiene slip is intact.  Must be full priced or sale items; clearance/final sale items will not be accepted. 

Items must be neatly/properly folded (same look and condition as received), and returned in original or new clear poly bag.  Please do not roll up garments and jam them or over fold the outer packaging.  The way you received your garment(s) is how you should return them. 

If items are returned wrinkled or mishandled, we will not offer a refund and will only issue store credit.  If items have new tears or stains, we will offer a partial refund (cost of item(s) minus cost of the damage).  

4) How do I submit a claim for a lost package?

Click on our returns portal, enter your order number and zip code and order number, and you will be prompted to submit a claim.  Follow the instructions online to proceed.  

5) How do I submit a claim for damaged products?

Click on our returns portal, enter your order number and zip code and order number, and you will be prompted to submit a claim.  Follow the instructions online to proceed.  Please upload a clear image in your return request, and we will review.  Upon approval, we will issue a prepaid shipping label.
