FAQ's

1) How can I learn more about or start the return/claims process?  

For just $1.98, you can request a prepaid return shipping label for an exchange or store credit. Shipping package protection costs an additional 1% of your order total. This option must be selected at checkout when adding your first item to the cart, giving you credit towards one free return or exchange, plus one claim for damaged or lost packages.

2) What if I don’t purchase the prepaid return shipping option or want a full refund?

If you opt out, you can still process a return later through our portal. However, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and must create your own return label. The final shipping cost depends on the items, weight, and destination.

3) What are your return rules and conditions?

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.  Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and labels attached, and in the same condition as when received. Swimwear returns are only accepted if the hygiene slip is intact. Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Please return items neatly folded (as you received them) in the original or a clear poly bag. Do not roll, jam, or over-fold the packaging.

Wrinkled or mishandled returns will not be refunded but may receive store credit. Items returned with new tears or stains will receive a partial refund, with a 20% deduction based on the item's cost to cover damage.

If items are returned wrinkled or mishandled, we will not offer a refund and will only issue store credit.  If items have new tears or stains, we will offer a partial refund (cost of item(s) minus cost of the damage).  The fee deducted will be 20% of the damaged item's cost.  

4) How do I submit a claim for a lost package?

Visit our returns portal, enter your order number and zip code, and follow the instructions to submit a claim. 

5) How do I submit a claim for damaged products?

Visit our returns portal, enter your order number and zip code, and upload clear photos of the damage with your return request. Upon approval, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
