1) How can I learn more about or start the return process?
For just $1, you can request a prepaid return shipping label for an exchange or store credit. Please note this step must be done when you place your order. When placing the first item to your cart, you will have the option to add $1 to your total order, which gives you credit towards one free return or exchange.
2) What if I opt out of the prepaid return shipping option or want a full refund?
If you deselect this option on the product page or remove it from your cart, you can still process your return through our portal at a later time. Also if you change your mind and prefer to get a full refund, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. You will be prompted towards creating your own return shipping label, and the final cost will depend on item(s), weight and location.
3) What are your rules and conditions for a return?
Purchases may be returned within 7 days of receipt/delivery (this is to ensure that items are handled properly). Returned merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with tags and garment labels attached, and in the same condition it arrived. Must be full priced or sale items; clearance/final sale items will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse any customer returns or exchanges if the above conditions are not met.
4) Are there any exceptions?
Exceptions include defective items. In these cases, you can upload a clear image in your return request, and we will review. Upon approval, we will issue a prepaid shipping label.
